Description

I truely enjoyed developing MaineTrailFinder.com.  Knowing a site has the potential to impact people's lives is one of the strongest motivators I've found in the web development field.  The use of technology will help people get away from it for a few hours.  I also grew up in the state and county the site is currently focused on.  I expect the site will expand state-wide.

The Maine Trail Finder project is a collumination of many of my skills in web design.  This includes conceptualization, logo design, graphic design, interactive maps, member / community development and the advanced administration tools to manage and expand the trail directory.  Maine Trail Finder has a bright future.

Maine Trail Finder is a free online resource for people-powered trails in the state of Maine. Search a growing database of non-motorized, four-season trails to find the right trail for your next adventure. Browse interactive trail maps, trail descriptions, pictures, and trip reports.

Testimonials

"We were looking for a company that could work with us and develop our ideas into an attractive, informative, and easy-to-use web page for our constituents. The web page is now complete, and I have to say that Pixel Hive Design did an outstanding job in accomplishing the task. Based on our initial ideas, they provided a set of designs for our review and revised them multiple times, each time improving the outcome. The company showed great flexibility and patience to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with the final product."
